A house, not an institution.
May Valley Golden Years is an adult family home in a craftsman house on a wooded lot off 176th Avenue SE. Six people live here, and the people who run it are the people you’ll meet at the door.
Who we are
The people who answer the phone are the people who do the work.
We are a small team. There is no head office and no call center. When you call, one of us answers. When you visit, one of us shows you around. When your mother or father moves in, we are the people who will learn how they like their coffee.
We choose our caregivers carefully, make sure they are well trained, and give them the support and resources they need. The result is simple: the people caring for your loved one know them well, and notice when something isn’t right.

Everything is on a single floor. No corridors to get lost in, and no wing to move to when needs change. The care moves instead.

We’ll always tell you plainly whether we’re the right fit, and help you find the right place if we’re not.
Planned with you
Every resident has a written care plan made together with the family, and we revisit it whenever something changes.
Here for the long run
Our care goes from a little help through to full care, and hospice can come to us. In most cases, nobody has to move again.

Built for this, not converted into it.

It sets out the care your loved one receives and how they like their days to go. We write it together with the family and revisit it whenever something changes.
